The French 75 was born around WWI Paris and named after a field gun — because that’s exactly the kick it packs. In this episode we break down the history and build a perfect one with Junipero Gin and André Brut.

1. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice

2. Shake until well chilled

3. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe
